As you may be aware there have been some recent changes to compliance in the Horticulture Sector regarding COVID 19 workplace compliance.

To ensure compliance with the Workplace (Additional Industry obligations) Directions (No 9) all employees onboarded after 18 October 2020 must now provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test before commencing employment. These measures are to be implemented with immediate effect until 23.59 pm on 8 November 2020.

As you are currently registered as a Labour Hire Provider for the 2020 / 2021 season we are providing this information to ensure third party compliance.
